	Rabbi Yoni Isaacson - Managing Director Yoni Isaacson grew up in Johannesburg, studied at Yeshivat Kerem b Yavne, and the Yeshiva Gedola of Johannesburg, and holds Semicha from Rabbi Z.N. Goldberg, and a B.S.C. in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of South Africa. He is a well known educator and businessman in South Africa, and is known as the “doyen” of kosher safaris. Yoni is the founder and manager of AKS, and is responsible for the overall planning and implementation of all aspects of our incredible tours and safaris!
	Julie Isaacson - Product Manager Julie Isaacson grew up in Los Angeles, and studied at Midreshet Moriah and Bar Ilan University, where she studied Logistics. She has a natural talent for design and décor and is the “ideas” fountain of AKS. Julie is responsible for new products, venues and for our ‘brand products’, including our AKS caps, newly designed golf shirts, cooler bags, and other innovations, and brings a touch of Californian Class into the operation.
	Sean Rubenstein - Head Guide and Ranger Sean grew up in Johannesburg and studied conservation and game ranging with Bush Education Safaris. He also completed a specialised Kruger National Park course with Gert Erasmus, and a specialised bird course at Marakele National Park. He has visited nearly every major national park in Africa. He has an unlimited passion for the African bush and its incredible wildlife, and keeps everyone enthralled for hours with his exciting, informative, and often humorous commentary.
	Tonderai Ruwo - Executive Chef Tonderai Allan grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe, and has been studying cooking in Johannesburg for many years, where he has become known to AKS visitors as “the best chef in the world!” From his charming gentle personality to his signature “salad nicoise”, “lamb chops in onion sauce”, and “chocolate spring rolls”, Chef Allan is definitely the man behind AKS’s famous gourmet Big 3 “Breakfast, lunch, and dinner!”
	Tanya Silverman - Sales and logistics Manager Tanya grew up in Johannesburg and studied Marketing Management and Public Relations through Damelin College. She has an absolute passion for people, travel, and selling kosher safaris, and her never-ending energy, enthusiasm, and dedication to our guests make her an absolute favourite amongst AKS fans.
	Chef Walter Ndebele - Sushi Chef Walter Ndebele grew up in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, and studied to be a Sushi Chef in Johannesburg. He has worked in Johannesburgs famous “Metsuyan” restaurant, and his variety of classical and designer sushi concepts can keep even the biggest sushi addicts coming back for more. We invite you to come and taste his specialty tropical fruit sushi and newly perfected brown rice sushi!
	Frans Malusi - Pastry Chef Frans Malusi is one of the best known pasty chefs in Jewish Johannesburg, and grew to fame at the signature upmarket coffee shop “Frangelico’s”. Frans brings to AKS his wide selection of cakes,deserts, muffins, cheese cakes, cookies, and freshly baked breads, and for our fans with a sweet tooth, is reason enough to come on safari!
	Daniel Taitz - Operations Manager and Mashgiach Daniel Taitz studied at Yeshivat Ohr Sameach, Yeshiva Gedola of Johannesburg, and is currently studying marketing at the University of Johannesburg. He is a registered mashgiach with the Beth Din of Johannesburg (www.uos.co.za), and is responsible for looking after our guests and the smooth operations of our tours. His charming personality makes him an extremely popular member of our team amongst guests and staff alike!
	Rabbi Meir Greenhaus - Head Mashgiach Rabbi Greenhaus studied at the Gateshead and Mir Yeshivos, and has a wealth of experience in the kashrus industry. He is the senior Rav Mashgiach of AKS, reports directly to the Johannesburg Beis din, and is responsible for all kashrus related matters on our trips. His broad Torah knowledge and warm personality make him an extremely valuable asset to our team!
	Ariel Isaacson - Technology and Web Ariel is an experienced and creative web designer and technologist and is behind the magic of our magnificent website . He has a passion for cutting edge web technologies, and has developed core social media, education and gaming technologies for the modern web, and mobile. He lives with his wife and family in Bet Shemesh, Israel.
